Version scope: This agreement covers Stillkeen Premium purchases, encrypted iOS backup, and the optional Visual Memory Challenge current board. Version 1.2.3 is awaiting App Review; its monthly and annual subscription terms below apply where those options are actually offered. Availability, prices and introductory offers are confirmed in the App Store checkout, not by this page.
1. Agreement
By selecting Agree and continue in Stillkeen, you confirm that you have read and accept this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Stillkeen provides short attention, response-control, memory, cognitive-flexibility, logic and spatial exercises plus local progress tracking. Stillkeen Premium unlocks the listed included exercises, plans and analysis. A separate Visual Memory Challenge can show a current-period board when you choose to submit a result. Features depend on the installed version; product updates do not remove or charge again for capabilities already included in a valid permanent purchase.
Purchases, trials and subscriptions
Where offered, Stillkeen Premium monthly, annual and one-time lifetime options provide the same listed capabilities for different access periods: 10 Premium scenes in 1.2.3, recommended and custom plans, the 14-session guided program, deeper performance insights and encrypted iOS backup. Prices are shown in your App Store storefront's currency before you confirm. A lifetime purchase keeps the included capabilities without recurring charges; it is not a promise of every separately sold future addition. Existing valid permanent rights from earlier Core purchases, including promotional acquisitions, remain permanent and do not require a new subscription.
The planned monthly offer includes a 3-day free trial and the annual offer a 7-day free trial for eligible customers; lifetime has no trial. Apple determines eligibility, and an introductory offer is available only once per subscription group. The actual eligible offer and subsequent recurring price must appear in checkout. Trials do not begin simply by opening Stillkeen.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed monthly or annual price until cancelled. Manage or cancel in Stillkeen's subscription-management entry when available, or in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions. To avoid the first charge, cancel a free trial at least 24 hours before it ends; see Apple's cancellation instructions. The App Store determines the resulting access end date. Deleting the app or resetting local data does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases recovers eligible existing access and is not a new purchase. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its applicable rules.
3. Not medical care
Stillkeen is a general self-improvement utility. It does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure a medical condition and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or care.
4. Responsible use
Use Stillkeen only when it is safe to focus on the screen. Do not use it while driving or operating equipment. Do not attempt to disrupt the app, its website, or related services, or use them unlawfully.
5. Data and permissions
Most training data stays on your device. Optional reminders use platform notification permission. Optional purchases and restore are handled by the App Store and RevenueCat. App-usage analytics, regional first-launch choices, and encrypted iOS backup are described in the Privacy Policy and can be changed in Settings where applicable.
6. Availability
The app is provided on an as-available basis. Local records may be lost if you reset app data, clear storage, uninstall the app, or if the operating system removes data. Optional iOS backup can help preserve local history, but you remain responsible for exported files and device/account access.
7. Intellectual property
Stillkeen, its original interface, text, artwork, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses, available from Settings.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, Stillkeen. Nothing in this agreement limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
